Who we are

This page is run by an independent property agent, Nicole Wong (REN 70536) of IQI Realty Sdn Bhd (E (1) 1584), 26th Floor, Tower D, Millerz Square, 357, Jln Klang Lama, 58000 Kuala Lumpur. It is not the developer's website.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry form: your name, mobile number, the collection or layout you're interested in, whether you want a gallery visit or the latest price and availability, and your preferred visit day. The forms and WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a message you can change before sending; this page does not store it.

Why

To reply to your enquiry, send you the latest price and availability you asked for, and arrange a gallery visit.

Who sees it

Only the agent handling your request, through WhatsApp. We share your details with the developer only if you ask us to, for example to arrange a gallery visit.

How long we keep it

Up to 180 days, unless you become a client.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time by WhatsApp. Message us on WhatsApp.

In your browser and advertising measurement

We may use Google Ads to measure which ads lead to enquiries; it may set cookies in your browser. Your name and mobile number are not sent to Google.
